A haiku a day. Every day. For a year.

Friday, January 30th, 2015

A personal project now:

My old copywriter mate Paul Snoxall made a pledge to produce a haiku a day throughout 2015. I liked what he was producing and suggested I illustrate each daily haiku too.

So far it’s been very interesting. Sometimes it’s obvious what he’s writing about. Other times less so. Well he is an exceptionally experienced copywriter after all.

Part of the fun is that I never ask (nor does he give clues) as to what the subject matter is. Sometimes the results of my illustrations have been miles¬†off the mark of what Snox intended, but that’s part of the fun of it all.

I wonder if we will make it through to the end of December this year?

Here are just three¬†examples…
